Visualizing Hope - A Mindful Embroidery Workshop (for adults and teens)

  • Art Retail Therapy 84-26 37th AVENUE Jackson Heights United States (map)

Hope and connection are some of the most useful tools in our fight against rising fascism. Join our friend, Sunaina, in a mindful embroidery workshop inspired by the slow-stitching movement. Together we will learn 2-3 stitches and embark on a shared meditation on the shape of hope within our minds. This workshop focuses on the importance of process over production; inviting participants to connect with the current moment and the wellspring of hope within themselves.

Price includes all materials and instruction. Limited spots available.
